外國學生既然來到臺灣,當然要上中文課程才有價值(要上英文授課就不需要來臺灣啦)!所以,歡迎各位外國學生來報考本系所,目前2014年外國學生入學申請簡章已經公告,除須經過「華語文能力測驗」進階級檢定外,僅須進行資料審查即可,無須筆試。此次報名時間係自2014年1月9日至2014年3月28日下午5點止,當然,這個時間是臺灣時間(畢竟是要來臺灣讀書,所以當然要以臺灣時間為主囉),而資料繳交方式則分為郵寄與現場送件兩種,前者僅至2014年3月21日,後者則與報名時間截止相同,相關訊息可參考此次考試簡章:103 學年度外國學生入學申請簡章。

1. Application Period
Online application: January 9, 2014 - 5pm, March 28, 2014 (Taiwan time). Late applications will not be processed.
Application submission:
- Submission by mail: The postmark deadline is March 21, 2014. Applications postmarked after the deadline will not be processed.
- Submission in person: The deadline is 5pm, March 28, 2014. Applications submitted in person are accepted Monday through Friday (except holidays), 9am – 12pm and 2pm – 5pm. The applications not submitted during the prescribed hours or the late applications will not be processed. Please contact OIC for the NCCU holidays.

Step 3: Prepare Materials Required for the Application and Pay the Application Fees
Step 4: Submit the Application. Application materials must be submitted either in person or by mail. Applications submitted by e-mail or fax will be not processed.
- Submitting the Application by Mail. The postmarked deadline is March 21, 2014. Late applications will not be processed. 4. The applicants must qualify as international students pursuant to “MOE Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan.”
